1. Introduction
Welcome to ProbetFunded, a service operated by WAGERFORCE S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the ProbetFunded platform and associated services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.

2. Purpose of the Platform
ProbetFunded provides a simulated platform for evaluating and improving skills in sports forecasting and analytical trading. All activities offered on the platform are simulation-based, and no real money is wagered or invested. Our platform neither offers real betting markets nor gambling mechanisms. ProbetFunded is not a casino and does not require a gambling license, as we do not offer real-money betting or gambling mechanisms. The platform is exclusively intended for simulation and skill testing in the field of sports forecasting and trading.

3. Participation Requirements
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
Registration: You must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are allowed to have only one user account.
Fee: A one-time fee is required to participate in the simulated evaluation programs. This fee is non-refundable.

4. Using the Platform
Simulated Evaluation Programs: Users can test their skills in sports forecasting and trading. All data and activities on the platform are simulation-based and do not involve real investments or betting.
Prohibited Actions: Any manipulation of the platform, use of automated bots or scripts, and attempts to circumvent platform rules are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Fees and Payments
One-Time Fee: A one-time fee is required for participation in the evaluation programs. This fee is due upon accessing the platform and is non-refundable.
No Additional Payments: No further payments or fees are required to use the platform.

6. KYC Procedure and Referral to Third Parties
After successfully completing all the challenges, users must undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure to verify their identity. This procedure will be carried out by a third-party, licensed entity authorized to offer real-money betting. Upon successful completion of the KYC procedure, users will be referred to the licensed third party, where they can participate in real-money betting. Important Note: ProbetFunded does not guarantee that the user will be accepted by the licensed third party and takes no responsibility for any actions that occur after referral. All activities that take place after the referral to the third party are governed by their own terms and conditions and are no longer associated with ProbetFunded.

7. Profit Payouts
No Profit Payouts by ProbetFunded: ProbetFunded does not pay out any profits made after being referred to a licensed third party.
Payouts by Third Parties: All profit payouts will be made solely by the licensed third-party provider, and ProbetFunded is not liable for these transactions.
No Liability by ProbetFunded: ProbetFunded is not responsible for the payout of profits or any other activities related to the third-party provider, and we take no responsibility for issues related to these payouts.

8. Disclaimer of Liability
Simulated Results: All results from simulations on the platform are fictional and serve solely for evaluating the user’s skills. ProbetFunded assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on the simulated results.
Technical Disruptions: ProbetFunded is not responsible for any technical issues or outages that may occur on the platform. If there are disruptions, we will make efforts to resolve them as quickly as possible.
No Real Gambling: ProbetFunded is not a gambling or betting platform and does not offer real betting markets or gambling mechanisms.
